• F4E-OMF-1168 – TB22 – Civil, Architectural, Finishing and Retrofitting works and related engineering activities en  procedimiento competitivo con negociación que será gestionado por F4E  siendo la fecha límite el 25/08/2021. Toda la información relativa a la licitación se puede consultar en el siguiente link Adjunto breve descripción del alcance:  The call for tender is divided in 5 lots; lots A, B, C and D concern civil, architectural, finishing and retrofitting works and related execution design while lot E will be a service contract performing engineering activities.LOT A -Reinforced concrete structure located in the Tokamak complex and all related features such as structural repairs, cracks injections, steel structure and embedded plates. Estimated value excluding VAT: 13 264 000.00 EURLOT B – Reinforced concrete structure in Tokamak complex and elsewhere, and secondary reinforced concrete elements in the Tokamak complex such as plinths or similar and all related features, as well as secondary steel structures. Estimated value excluding VAT: 7 483 000.00 EUR

  LOT C – Infrastructures and finishing works such us earth works, infrastructure works, topographic survey, false floor, false ceiling, tiling, plumbing, painting, pipe works, manholes, fences. The lot also includes facility management services (routine or ad hoc services related to cleaning and maintenance of F4E buildings and infrastructures). Estimated value excluding VAT: 2 055 000.00 EUR

  LOT D – Waterproofing, Roofing, Cladding, Rainwater drainage. Estimated value excluding VAT: 6 574 000.00 EUR

  LOT E – Construction design and Visa to lots A, B, C and D as well as contractor’s internal technical control on Works and support on quality assurance and nuclear safety to lots B, C and D. Estimated value excluding VAT: 3 168 000.00 EUR

  The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:With regard to lot A, B, C and D, an economic operator may submit a tender for one or more lots. • F4E-AFC-1176 – Provision of Facilities Support Services en  procedimiento abierto que será gestionado por F4E (ver documentación aquí) siendo la fecha límite el 06/09/2021.
