• Prior Indicative Notice (PIN): Heavy Duty Radiation Tolerant Tool Changer and Force/Torque Sensor Development. Ver documentación adjunta. El objetivo del contrato es: The ITER Blanket Remote Handling System (BRHS) robot is designed to remotely handle heavy components inside ITER Tokamak (toroidal vacuum vessel) for its maintenance. A large variety of end effectors and ancillary tooling are required to perform the Tokamak components maintenance with the BRHS. In order to increase the efficiency and flexibility of these operations, the BRHS will use a Tool Changer, equipped with automatic services connections to feed services to the different end effectors. To monitor and secure the docking/undocking control of the robot to its fixed targets within the vessel, the BRHS will integrate a Force and Torque sensor. The Contractor shall provide engineering, qualification testing and production of two types of bespoke components: Lot A: Heavy Load Radiation Tolerant Tool Changer, Lot B: Heavy Load Radiation Tolerant Force and Torque Multi-axis transducer. The details can be found in the Technical Specifications ref. ITER_D_4KC7NJ v1.1 (attached to this PIN). In order to address these objectives in the best way, the scope of work is divided into two lots, and Tenderers will be able to decide to apply to one or two lots. El alcance es el siguiente: Supply of Spring Energized Metallic Seals used on the ITER Vacuum Systems with: ITER Style Flanges, Other equipment that uses the ITER Style flange as an interface, Circular Seals in sizes larger than the ITER Style flanges, Shaped Seals. El rango de la licitación se encuentra entre   4 000 000 – 12 000 000 EUR. Para participar, se requiere entre otros aspectos, tener experiencia reconocida en el citado campo. Descripción del alcance: The scope of the envisaged Framework is the outsourcing support to Systems Engineering group to: maintain and improve the Requirements Management and Verification Infrastructure implemented with DOORS 9, IRDRMFAO, the F4E MIR layer (Manage ITER Requirements), Systems Engineering Suite; migrate the Requirements Management and Verification Infrastructure to a newer environment. Estimated total value excluding VAT: 3 200 000.00 EUR. • REF 816: IO/21/CFT/70000754/JGO‘Supply of Vacuum Engineering Support’ . Se puede consultar la documentación adjunta. El alcance es el siguiente: Under the scope of this Framework Contract, suitably experienced personnel shall be made available to the ITER Organisation (IO) to provide technical services. The procurement of these services is split into two separate lots. Tenderers may bid on one or both lots. Therefore one or two contracts may be awarded. The scope of the required technician/engineering support for the two lots: Lot 1 — Vacuum Technician/Engineering Support, Lot 2 — Instrumentation & Control Technician/Engineering Support. El rango de la licitación se encuentra entre   1 500 000 – 5 000 000 EUR. Para participar, se requiere entre otros aspectos, tener experiencia reconocida en el citado campo. Adjunto breve descripción del alcance: Engineering, manufacturing design, manufacturing qualifications, material procurement, manufacturing, factory acceptance tests and delivery at site of two neutral beam vacuum vessels for neutral beam injectors.The NB Vessels parts have been designed in accordance with the Nuclear code RCC-MR 2007 (class 2). The BLV, BSV, Feedthrough Box, Top Lid and Rear Lid steel structures are made of 316L stainless steel. The contract resulting from this procurement procedure contains 4 options as specified in the Technical Specifications.Option 1: Site Welding and Non Destructive Examination (NDE) at ITER, Cadarache (including non-destructive tests and participation to leak test organised by IO). See section 2.7.1 of the Technical Specifications, Option 2: Supervision of the site welding. See section 2.7.2 of the Technical Specifications.Option 1 and 2 are mutually exclusive.
